How to Retrieve Deleted iMessages on iPhone

Step 1: Connect iPhone to computer & Scan data

Download and install the software, and run it on your computer. Then connect your iPhone to your computer. After your device is connected, click "Start Scan" in the window.
Note: If you are using iPhone 4/3GS/3G, you can choose "Advanced Mode" to get a deeper scan.



Step 2: Preview & Selectively recover iMessages

Solution 2: Recover iMessages from iTunes backup

If you have used iTunes on the PC or Mac and synced over to your iPhone your iMessages, you can recover data from iTunes backup. There are two ways for you: directly recover an entire iTunes file or selectively extract data from iTunes backup by using the software.
Restoring data via iTunes is free of charge. But it's worth noting that all data in iTunes will be poured into your iPhone and your existing data on your iPhone will be erased or overwritten.
